How are the pedals with cleats?
I would like to make the transition between the foot rests on the pedals for a bike road - I'm looking for something basic, no frills. How much, in total, should I look to spend? Also, I know you can buy shoes spike that still allow you to walk (the loop is embedded in the shoe). Is it worth road bike, and how much should I pay? Can I buy online or is it worth going to a bike shop?
