What is the easiest release clip less pedals Mtn bike?

I rode Dura-Ace on my road for a few years and have no problems. 6 months Mtn bike and I'm ready for clipless pedals. Shimano SPD tried and can hardly get out. They are not posed, as I cut the funds w / razor blade to make sure, and everything works as expected, is just around the corner lot to liberation. The egg beaters would be my choice. You can go down to about 8 degrees of freedom. It appears that your pedals are a bit out of adjustment, spring pressure is too great. If you do not know how to adjust the voltage to see your local store.
