Who is the most underrated musician of all time?

As the complete opposite of my previous question, I'd like to hear thoughts on underrated musicians, artists, or anyone in the music industry.

I would normally go for Brian Eno, Gavin Friday, or Bob Dylan (someone actually said he's overrated-what!!!).

I'm going to go with Leonard Cohen on this one. This man is a poet, and has brought music to new levels with his style, class and words. Not only does he have one of THE most distinctive voices in music, but he's written songs for so many artists. This man is a genius.
Actually I do know who Willie Dixon is.
I probably could have added Stevie Ray Vaughan to the list too. I don't think he gets enough credit for the amount of talent he had.
