Best excersice workout for every part of the body?

Right now I workout early on Tuesdays and Fridays. The excersices consist of;
1) Dumbell Presses 3x10
2) Crunches 2x50
3) Bicylce Crunches 1x25
4) Dumbell Curls 3x10
5) Cable Cross Over Pulls 3x10
6) Forearm Cable Pull Downs 3x10

I usually finish that workout in about 30 minutes without any breaks. I really enjoy the workout and think it's doing a lot for me. But I don't have much time any days fo the week and am looking for a workout to help my lower body on Mondays and Thursday that would take about a half an hour as well. I want to implement biking and running. On Wed. I plan to take a day off from weight lifting and maybe go for a swim. As well as swim maybe a day or two more on any given day of the week. Does anyone have a good exercise routine I could use on Mondays and Thursday to help sculpt the figure I'm looking for? Thank you. And if you could please break it down how I did with my Tuesday and Friday workouts. Thanks a lot!

You can learn and enjoy a totally new way to work out while maximizing the benefits and minimizing your time with Russian Kettle Bells. Awesome workout. You will get cardio and strength training benefits simultaneously. Unbelievable results in minimum time.

In addition, if you want one of the best exercises that will have a dynamic effect on many levels (cardio and muscle toning, lymphatic system, immune system,) try rebounding. 15-20 minutes 3-4 times per week is fine. If you do this, it is imperative that you invest in a high quality rebounder to ensure good results and avoidance of injuries. Fold-down models are available and do not take up much space.

Kettle Bells + rebounding---outstanding!!!

You may want to consider some yoga, t'ai chi or chi kung to rebuild your internal energy and organs and as a balance to the aforementioned exercises. This is quite important.

There is much to explore regarding the above. Some excellent sources are listed below.

Lots of luck and have a blast!!!
